è un Denkmeier Std (vedi sotto) senza valigetta rigida e senza SCD (regolazioni diottriche indipendenti: la regolazione è naturalmente sempre possibile muovendo per frizione gli oculari ): il costo è così ridotto al minimo, rendendolo l'entry level al mondo dell'alta qualità Denkmeier.

Restano intatte le caratteristiche di eccellenza ottica e meccanica dell'intera linea Denkmeier: pur essendo una versione base, questo visore è confrontabile solo con i migliori modelli oggi disponibili.

Pienamente intagrato nel sistema Denk, può crescere con accessori, OCS e parti per gli usi più disparati e particolari, sempre con un'ottima  interfaccia con il singolo strumento.

E' di gran lunga il miglior visore binoculare della sua categoria: è il modello fornito nel pacchetto Big Easy (descritto alla pagina dei pacchetti tipo).

Denkmeier Standard Binoviewer has brought amazing two-eyed views of planets, The Sun, The Moon and countless Deepsky objects to amateur astronomers around the world. We now offer a trimmed down Standard Binoviewer that is affordable to beginners and seasoned veterans alike. What we did not want to do was compromise on the quality. This large aperture Standard Binoviewer has the same 26mm prisms as it's Power Switching cousin but the eyepiece holders are Self-Centering Holders, not Self-Centering Diopter Holders. Individual focusing of each eyepiece is quickly accomplished by sliding one or the other up or down. The holders lock the eyepieces in without the use of setscrews. An internal split ring is collapsed equally over the 360 degree circumference of the eyepiece barrel for perfect alignment every time. A smooth sliding motion of the eyepiece remains possible even though the eyepiece is firmly retained in these  holders. So, the eyepieces are Self-Centered (essential for proper merging of the images) and snugly contained, but still can be raised or lowered in the CNC machined, all aluminum anodized holders. This raising and lowering changes the focus in one or the other eyepiece to compensate for differences in your vision. No need to be concerned about vignetting 1.25" eyepieces with longer focal lenghts! Best of all, add any denkmeier accessory in the future because anything that we produce in the future will operate with your Denk Binoviewer purchased today.

As with all of our binoviewers, this model is assembled in our Maryland, U.S.A. facility and undergoes meticulous quality control measures all along the way. We hand collimate each and every unit and check the diopters for motion and feel. Our internal lubricant is rated for smooth motion from +120 to -120 degrees Farenheit so those customers in Norway, Canada, Alaska, Sweden and all pounts north need not worry about locking up. That goes for the interpupillary motion as well. 

The photo on thge left shows the SCD Holders. Notice that they are set at different heights. The allow individual eyepiece focus to be accomplished smoothly and with great accuracy. We spent many months designing and testing the threads until we got it right! The SCDs are extremely well received by customers all arounf the world. The special internal threads allow focus change at a very nice speed. What we mean by this is that focus changes are easy to detect but not too slow or fast. Merges is maintaned because the machining of the SCD holders is specified at very high tolerances. The top ring (black) locks the eyepiece in the holder by collapsing an internal split ring. After this is done, the silver lower ring may be used to change focus in either eyepiece. These holders are made from quality aluminum material and then clear anodized and black anodized. These are not plastic!

A 1.25" nosepiece is included. It is our mid-range binoviewer. If you are planning on purchasing one of our Power x Switch Star diagonals, this is a great choice in a middle price range.

Semplicemente il miglior visore binoculare oggi disponibile.

Le caratteristiche del modello Std vengono esaltate aggiungendo il massimo disponibile dall'attuale tecnologia:

- prismi lavorati a meno di 1/8 di lambda w.fr. (valore elevatissimo per elementi rifrattivi)

- trattamenti antiriflesso dielettrici con picco di trasmittanza centrato alla lunghezza d'onda H-Alfa (636.28 nanometri), ovvero per la condizione d'uso più critica nei confronti dei riflessi parassiti (la singola vera ragione per l'impiego dei trattamenti a/r, ben prima del desiderio di aumentare la trasmittanza in sè).

The Denk II prism coatings are designed to peak in the H-a bandpass. What does this mean? The peak transmission is centered around the 656nm bandpass. So, while our coatings average 0.2% reflectivity across the visible spectrum, the transmission peaks in H-a at better than 99.8%!  Naturally, the increased contrast of Denk II coatings mean great nightime views will be the result as well. Over and over again, customers all over the world rave about the performance of the Premium Denk II.

As with all of our binoviewers, this model is assembled in our Maryland, U.S.A. facility and undergoes meticulous quality control measures all along the way. Our internal lubricant is rated for smooth motion from +120 to -40 degrees Farenheit so those customers in Norway, Canada, Alaska, Sweden and all points north need not worry about locking up. The same can be stated about the interpupillary (IP) motion when being used in cold weather . Our denk Binoviewers will fold and unfold easily in any temperature to accomodate the widest range of ocular width in the industry (49mm-75mm: Custom  accomodations can be integrated to obtain even wider IP seperation).

The Denk II always includes a Denk aluminum case and SCD Holders along with both a 1.25" and 2" nosepiece. It is our Premium Binoviewer. If you are planning on purchasing one of our Power x Switch Star diagonals, this is a great choice if ultra-refined performance is what you must have even if it means that there is a higher price point.

I visori binoculari Denkmeeir sono stati sviluppati assieme ai moduli PxS che permettono di variare l'ingrandimento spostando una o più leve.

Il sistema ospita OCS e monta naselli e ulteriori OCS di tipo diverso a seconda del tipo di telescopio utilizzato: i vari setup sono utilizzabili spesso su piùi schemi ottici, ma per un impiego ottimale sono disponibili allestimenti ottimizzati per lo strumento che si userà maggiormente.

Il vantaggio è nella completa modularità del sistema Denk, per cui una qualsiasi configurazione / ottimizzazione (e anche un ampliamento delle caratteristiche native) è comunque ottenibile utilizzando parti disponibili in catalogo.

Anche visori binoculari di altre marche (e oculari singoli) possono avvantaggiarsi del sistemsa PxS utilizzando uno dei diagonali 2" PxS Denkmeier (per ovvi motivi, non su telescopi newtoniani).

I sistemi Dekmeier PxS calettati su visore Denkmeier sono disponibili in versioni con singolo OCS (PxS) o doppio OCS (Double PxS).

I moduli PxS Simple e Double sono applicabili su tutti i visori Denkmeier anche after market.
